Great location. Very dated & needs a full on update. Staff were friendly but doesn't change the fact it needs a major update to make it modern & clean. It was hard to sleep but thats because Sydney is a full on city which itself doesnt sleep.

Tired rooms, not enough furniture to accommodate everyone, beds had divets in the centre. Great staff and very clean rooms and hotel facilities. Great location. No mini bar, daily housekeeping, water pressure ok, no sound from neighbouring rooms but a lot from the street

These apartments are located in a good place but as we found out they are not as good as we expected. We had informed Reception that it was our Honeymoon stay but they didn't seem bothered. This break was planned for a long time as we are from England on an Australian tour. Kitchen area was old and used, we had 1 teaspoon to share! Lighting was either poor or didn't work. Lamp in our bedroom fizzed when you turned it on, safe batteries were flat. However we did manage to get the safe sorted. One of the big issues is parking costs...we had one car initially and then parked a hire car on the last day, so in total 4 days so $250 on top of our room costs of $2,400! No meals were included in these costs. PLUS we had to make 3 phone calls from England to firm up our bookings at nearly $250!

No walk in showers at this hotel so if you have a mobility issue, don't stay here. Also mould growth around bath area very off putting looks like it needs a good clean Bed was very comfortable however the little green light flashing on the ceiling above us spoilt any chance of a good sleep and made the black out curtains null and void.

I chose Adina for price and its location. The light rail to Moore Park and train line access to airport from Town Hall Station were important for this trip. The room was very comfortable and a decent amount of milk in the fridge for coffee was appreciated. I did have trouble with the air conditioning controls and found them difficult to understand, but by the second night felt I had it weighed off. Reception checked whether room was available when I arrived early, which it wasn’t, but we were able to leave our bags for safekeeping. Reception phoned me when room was available. Also appreciated. My son used the pool and said that the water was a lovely temperature, enjoyed the sauna there as well. I would recommend Adina Apartment Hotel Town Hall to others, we had a great stay.
